Love Your Enemies

Light of Faithfulness

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;” Matthew 5:44 (KJV)

The Bible teaches us to love our enemies. That can be very hard for us to do. Just remember, your actions can make people want to know Christ. James 1:19 states, “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.” If you are mad at someone, make sure you take a moment to think about what you’re going to say first.
