God of the Impossible

Facing the Impossible

Have you ever faced a situation where there appears to be no solution?  Maybe you know someone who has an addiction problem and you don’t know how to help them.  Perhaps you are in a financial crisis and you have tried everything and none of them have worked.

Dealing with the Impossible

All of us, at one time or another, have dealt with a dilemma which seemed impossible to solve.  What do we do when we face the impossible?  Sometimes we try to solve the problem ourselves, only to despair when it doesn’t work.  However, most of the time, we bury our heads in the sand and try to pretend that the problem isn’t there.

The Solution for the Impossible

For a Faith Follower of God, both ways that we use in handling the impossible are counterproductive and run contrary to what God would want us to do.  What does the Lord want us to do when dealing with the impossible and where do we find His solution?  The answer is found in only one place, The Word of God.

Finding the Solution

All of God’s answers to the difficult problems we face can be found in His Bible.  However, the search to find those answers can be quite daunting since there is so much in His Word.  Fortunately, resources like bible.com, have done some of the work for us.  At this website, you can find devotionals that are tailor-fitted to whatever situation you might be in.

Devotional Spotlight

One devotional I recommend is the “The NIV Once a Day Devotional for Men.”  This 21 day devotional is geared to the different problems that men face when it comes to their faith.  In this third video from YouTube, I read from the devotional called “God of the Impossible” and discuss what the Lord wants us to do when we face impossible situations.  If you like what you see, please subscribe to our YouTube page and give me your thoughts.

God Bless…
