Driven by DroughtPsalm 63:1-3 (NLT) O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in your sanctuary and gazed upon your power and glory. Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you!

Living in Florida, the summer months are marked with harsh humidity. Days when the air is heavy and wet yet there is not a cloud in the sky. Even in the morning before the sun rises, the heat blasts you when there should be only morning dew falling. Rain would be a relief from the atmospheric pressure of the region.
