Spreading the Good News

Will You Save the World?

Consider this scenario with me.  Suppose you and the whole world are going to die of a fatal disease.  However, you were given the cure to this plague and you were saved from death.  Yet everyone else will die unless you go out and give them this cure.  What would you do?

The Plague of Sin

If you are like me, I can imagine that you would go and give the cure to as many people as you can; first your family members, then friends, and finally to people you don’t even know.  This scenario is real.  The entire world is infected with a hideous disease called sin and once it has fulfilled it course in us, it will produce death.  However there is a cure, and it is found in Jesus Christ.

Christ Healed Us

When Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He made a way for us to be healed of the terrible plague which we infected ourselves.  All we have to do is accept His sacrifice as payment for our sin and we will be saved from death.  However, there are still many others who still have not heard of the cure in Christ.

What to do with the Cure

Now that we have been cured from sin, what do we do for those who still have the plague.  In this video devotional on The Call2Witness YouTube Channel, I will be reading a devotional from The NIV Once a Day Devotional for Men and discuss what it is we ought to do with the cure of Christ which we have been given.  After the video are affiliate links to books that can help us in spreading the Gospel to others.  Below these links is a music video featuring Toby Mac’s City on our Knees.  May the Lord bless you in all things and may you be inspired to go out and share the cure of Jesus Christ.
