Walking > Running


We tend to run from God almost constantly. Let me bring up some examples –

  • Putting your significant other above God?
  • Clinging more to the worldly objects rather than your bible and your Savior?
  • Throwing God out of your life for a little bit, because you think you’re so independent that you can do this by yourself?

We tend to focus more on someone or something else rather than God and our faith. Yes, we are only human, but we are also Christians. We can’t just bring up the “human” card every time we betray God and run away from Him, because He knows we’re only human. He also made us strong, and when we feel like we’re either too weak or too strong, He wants us to lean on Him.
