Isaiah 25


My Dear Savior

O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. (Isaiah 25:1)

This is a beautiful chapter talking of the praise and worship and redemption of those who are suffering through the Great Tribulation. But this makes me think: those people are gonna go through such great pain and suffering – and they still will praise. What is keeping me from doing that?

I’ve been going through some pain and suffering myself – granted not on the scale of those that will during the tribulation – but significant to me. I have been whiny, complain-y, just a round about baby.
