“I’m doing great in my walk with God. I’m reading my Bible every day. I’m praying. I go to church. I teach Bible study.”
How many times do you find yourself saying these very things? I’ll be first to do that awkward little slow raise of hand that we do in church when we know that we’re convicted, and we know we should confess it to God, but we also don’t necessarily want everyone whose eyes aren’t actually closed to see the hand. Yeah—we all know that hand raise I’m talking about.
