Hey all, new blog today. Looking at Cain’s mark. Many people wonder what the mark was, because we don’t know what it was, but the important thing to focus on is why he was marked, and what it represented. Well, Cain was of the wicked one the Bible says, he was wicked, godless. But boy was he religious, he brought his sacrifice to God, the fruit of the ground… but God didn’t accept his sacrifice.
Cain did things his own way, and he was rejected. But instead of repenting and confessing his sin, he was wroth with God, he got angry with God that God didn’t accept his sacrifice. Never mind that he disobeyed God…
