I will

Many times, we let hardships and difficulties manipulate our faith in the Lord. We get so overwhelmed that we feel alone in our pain and doubt that God is with us in the storm. As a result of our doubts, we become angry and complain to God demanding why these things are happening to us?
Little do we realize that when we ask these things, we are failing the test which God has laid before us. He allows hardships to come our way because He wants to see if we would trust Him in the storms of life. It is very easy to have faith in the Lord when things are going well, it is another matter entirely when life is upside down.
Even when we fail the test of faith, the Lord reveals Himself to be faithful and will meet our needs despite ourselves; as He did when Israel grumbled against Him at Massa and Meribah. However, when we do trust in the Lord during the trials of life, He still reveals Himself to be faithful and will deliver us from our difficulties; as He did when Israel fought the Amalekites. The differences between these two instances would be our reaction after God’s provision. One would be of shame because of our doubt, and the other would be of praise because our faith in God is justified. Which one would you be when the storm comes your way?

Then Moses cried out to the Lord, “What am I to do with these people? They are…
