I will give thanks to my God,
Unto the Lord I will proclaim thanks.
For He knew me before I was born,
Before I existed, My King knew me.
My Creator has a plan for me,
My destiny was determined by my Maker.
He has formed me to do good unto Him,
For the Almighty, I was called to righteousness.
So I will take every task before me with joy,
With a content spirit, I will do my work.
For my labor comes from the Lord,
From God does all my duties originate.
Everything from my King is for my good,
Nothing evil comes from the Almighty.
So let us work diligently for our Lord,
May we perform our tasks faithfully.
For He will reward those who work hard,
The faithful worker will receive great honor.
